I first of all just wanna say thank u to the abundance of people who responded to the last email!! ❤️❤️❤️
Reading all the individual things that make u guys happy makes my heart do a lil happi dance :))
When I was reading the replies I was just like wow, Wtf, I just wanna say how bloody spesh u all are individually ✨🥰
Like we are all out here just living life to the best of our ability’s and I have to say that I think you guys are doing a bloody good job :))
(And also thank u to the people who sent lüv about my wellbeing, I am absolutely güd atm , but I was just having a lil phase where I didn’t feel so good (I was nannying and was a bit (A LOT) lonli) and have since switched up the environment I am in and am much much happier now 😊🌸)
So there has definitely been some common themes in the things that give people happiness ☀️
But there were some new ones that I’m deff going to give a try, like doing some Brain activity (eg, a sudoku crossword) or actually just allowing yourself to feel the way u do and give yourself a day off 😌✨
So I thought a lot about how to make this list , and I found what made them so special was the personal lil snippets people sent with the ideas🥺
So I’m going to keep the ideas as close as possible to the way they were sent to me and make a list of ‘50 happi things’ so we can all have easy access to it if we need some ideas for a quick pick me up ❤️
SO aim nearly done rambling, but….
the challenge for this week is to pick 4 things off this list and give them a go THIS WEEK❗️❗️❗️(Pls lemme know which ones u enjoyed and tried )

~ 50 happi tings ~
1.) Put on ur headphones, blast musical hits and dance in the mirror 🥳💃🏼🔊
2.) Make a hot water bottle ✨👌🏻
3.) Do something for someone else 👩👩👦👦👨👧👧
4.) Vibe check urself in the mirror👉🏼😍💅🏻
5.) Light a nice smelling candle 🕯
6.) Stand at the sea and listen to the waves🌊
7.) Pamper urself :) Face mask, hair conditioning treatment, drench your entire self in body lotion, show ur body some luv❤️🛁
8.) Drink a glass or two of hot/warm water
9.) Stretch, talk to your body, hug yourself and say "I know it's hard ❤️👏🏻but I'm here with you and I love you so much. ❤️👏🏻You are so loved.❤️👏🏻"
10.) Take a shower, dry myself with a clean fluffy towel 🚿✨
11.) Eat some choccy, fresh fruit...lately orange juice is my #1 🍫🍊🍌
12.) Talk to a loved one. Hug a loved one. Be held by a loved one. 👨👧👧👨❤️💋👨💏
13.) Journal how your feeling 📔📝💕
14.) Take a nap!! Sometimes sleeping 💤😴is the only thing that works 😌
15.)Go for a walk outside (even if u don't feel like it)🌿🍃🤸🏻♂️
16.) Turn off my phone 📱/social media!!!!!!!!!!! Massive help 📱❌😌
17.) Take a biggg stretch 🤸🏻♂️🌿and then write a list of what I want to do that day. 📝You can then start with all the tiny easy things ((e.g make brekkie)) 🍌🥣and then work your way up to the bigger things and feel so good you managed to achieve something on a down day!🤟🏻
18.) SPEND TIME WITH YOUR TRIBE 👯♂️- meet your friends, go swimming or do yoga and eat yummie fud together 🍰🧁🍱
19.) CONNECT WITH MAMMA EARTH 🌎- barefoot walking in nature, cold swimming, inhaling and exhaling, just a few breaths of fresh air can change a lot 😌🌊🌿
20.) Bake yummy things 🥣🍪
21.) Read a cookbook 📖🥣
22.) Watch motivational things on youtube/ listen to a personal development podcast, e.g. the good glow, Oprah's, happy place & desert island discs. 📺
23.) Surrender to the feeling and know the universe has a plan for me 🌅🌎

25.) Get into fresh bed sheets 🛏and duvet cover with fresh (preferably matching) pajamas 👕after shower 🚿

27.) Send a vm to someone reminiscing about a funny/happy memory ye had together 🗣📱

43.) Being silent, heading outside and just watching things go by, watching the cows & horses grazing, listening to the birds, maybe bringing a book along! or an audiobook or tunes🎶🌅🏃🏼♂️
44.) Accept u are in fowl form and allow yourself downtime to just slunk out on the couch, watch some netflix & eat lots of yummy treats that u will probably feel sick from :) 🥇
45.) Allow yourself the day off and TOMORROW is a new day, start afresh knowing u have enjoyed your day/evening of doing nada and are ready to get back on the horse 🐎🥇🙏🏼
46.) Go for a run before sunrise 🌄‘When I’m sad I like to wake up & go on a run before sunrise & time it so that I finish at a point where I can watch it go from dark to beautiful & I’m all out of breath and am forced to breathe really heavy’

47.) Break things down - If I feel I have a lot to do, just do the small tasks first, tick them off, and the whole lot feels a way more manageable. 📝🖌✅
